Through programs presented at the monthly lunches First Wednesday seeks to broaden the knowledge of the members in areas which could positively impact their business and to help them become better citizens of the community and the business world.

Through its mentoring program First Wednesday's more experienced members assist in the development of the less experienced members - helping them to grow in their knowledge and understanding of business, sales and networking to enhance their personal and professional capabilities for success.

By encouraging a relaxed and cooperative exchange of ideas, knowledge and opportunities between the members First Wednesday seeks to encourage the development of personal as well as professional friendships for the benefit of all those within the group.
